Non-Refundable Policy
Obenwa Rice Enterprise (CAC Reg. No: RN 8904522) values every customer and strives to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. To ensure clarity in our business operations, we have established this Non-Refundable Policy which applies to all product sales, branding, and repackaging services.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Obenwa Rice Enterprise are considered final once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun. Due to the nature of our business—especially customized branding and repackaging—refunds are not permitted after payment confirmation.
2. Custom Orders and Branding
For rice branding and repackaging services, clients are required to review and approve all specifications, including bag sizes (5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg), design proofs, and quantity before production starts. Once branding materials or packaging are printed, the order becomes non-refundable, even if the client later requests changes. This ensures that resources used for printing, materials, and labour are fully accounted for.
3. Product Quality and Handling
Every product is carefully sourced, inspected, and packaged under hygienic and controlled conditions to guarantee quality. Customers are advised to check their goods immediately upon delivery or pickup. Claims of product defects or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Reports made after this time frame may not be accepted.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once rice has been sourced, packaged, or branded, cancellation is no longer possible. If cancellation is approved before this stage, a small administrative fee may apply to cover transaction and processing costs.
5. Replacement or Correction
In the rare case of damage, wrong delivery, or proven production error caused by our team, Obenwa Rice Enterprise will review the issue and provide a suitable replacement or correction at no extra cost. Refunds will not be issued, but we guarantee prompt resolution in line with our service commitment.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, packaging information, and artwork files (where applicable). Errors resulting from incorrect details supplied by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
7. Policy Acknowledgment
By placing an order or making payment to Obenwa Rice Enterprise, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Non-Refundable Policy.
